Traveling –If you know me, you know I live for traveling. Whenever I get the chance to either shop or travel I pick a new adventure. I had been to California previously and loved it. I went to San Francisco as well as Napa Valley, I fell in love with wine at Napa!
This time a friend of mine reached out to me and asked if i would join her in a trip she had planned to California. I was hesitant because at the time I was going through a very rough time personally. My heart was broken, my life wasn’t what I expected it to be. She pushed a bit more by telling me most of the expenses were covered and she had a ticket to a Bethel conference!
At first I was going to say ‘no’, but I stopped thinking and started packing. I had a feeling deep down this experience would be a great one!
Want to get to know me a little better? Meet me HERE 🙂
To really show you each place we went, I will break down the photo story… Enjoy!!
We arrived to LAX and headed to Santa Monica pier…It was 50 degrees cold, but I took the selfies for the gram!
Either way we celebrated our arrival at Mariasol with tacos, and a cucumber mojito! (One of the best I have ever had!!)
The next day we jumped on the road and headed to San Diego for fun! There, we found La Joya Beach!! One of the most stunning beaches I’ve ever been to!
How beautiful is this California coast sunset?
Our next adventure led us to Salvation Mountain I had never heard of this place before, and I sure was in for a surprise!
All over this place, there were messages of God’s love, of the cross, and messages of life!
We got back on the road for another two hours to head to Joshua Tree Park.
Lastly, we planned on going to one of the most beautiful places in California’s coast. Malibu Beach
(We made a quick stop in Los Angeles at this famous spot for a quick Selfie!)
Malibu beach was one of the most beautiful and romantic places I have ever been to in my entire life!I was only able to take these photos because I was so overtaken by its beauty, I decided to take the view in!
