In home baby sessions are the thing! Whenever I thought about baby photos, I always thought they had to be done in a studio. Wrong!! When my clients asked if I would do their baby photos in their home, I was more than happy to! This is the second in home baby session I do & I gotta say I love it more than studio sessions. Here is why:

1. What is more special that having spaces in your house be captured for ever? Maybe this is your first home and you’ll have these first time moments to keep always. You might move again after a few years, but you will have your first home, and baby photos all in one!

2. It won’t only be photos of the baby, you will get to interact with your baby during the session as well. Sit on the chair where you sing their lullabies to them, have your partner or spouse put them in their crib. Everyone gets to participate in this session, it is flowing, and natural.

3. You get to be in your home! Your baby gets to stay indoors, and there is no rush for anything! If your baby cries, We can wait for the baby to go back to sleep, and while you are rocking him/her –I get to take photos of those unique moments.

Babies are such a joy! I love baby and maternity sessions because they remind me just how much God is just so perfect. Motherhood is beautiful, and so is starting into a newborns eyes. So much peace, so much joy, so much life… You get the idea! I was visiting New York City when I got the message from Gioemi about wanting to have her first baby’s photo session. I was thrilled!
